Guidelines for use of the AAAI Web logo



The AAAI Web logo is provided solely as an indicator of a link to AAAI's official Web site. By downloading or using the AAAI Web logo, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. You may only display the Web logo on your Web site, and not in any other manner. It must always be an active link to http://www.aaai.org.au.
2. The Web logo must always appear with the wording "Member of AAAI" or "Associate Member of AAAI". The logo must not appear without this qualification. If you are not a financial Member or Associate Member of AAAI, you must remove the logo and wording from your web site. You may also include the wording "Australian Association of Architectural Illustrators Inc." near the AAAI Web logo.
3. You may not alter the AAAI Web logo in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc., or animate, morph, or otherwise distort its perspective or appearance.
4. Your use may not be obscene or pornographic, and may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to AAAI, its services, or any other person or entity. You may not link to www.aaai.org.au from a Web site that is obscene or pornographic, or disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to AAAI.
5. Your use may not directly or indirectly imply AAAI's sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your product or service. It may only be used to indicate Membership. To arrange permission to use the AAAI Web logo or link to AAAI's web site, please contact the Website Coordinator.
6. Your use may not infringe any AAAI intellectual property or other rights, may not violate any state or federal laws, and must comply with international IP laws.
7. You may not create a frame or border environment around AAAI content.
8. You may link to, but may not replicate, AAAI content.
9. You may not present false or misleading information about AAAI or its services.
10. Your reference to AAAI, its products, and its Web site must comply with the general trademark guidelines.
11. While you may use the AAAI Web logo as provided by these guidelines, you may not use the AAAI corporate logo or any other AAAI logo or graphic to link to aaai.org.au unless endorsed by the Website Coordinator.
12. These guidelines do not grant permission to use any other AAAI logos or trademarks. AAAI reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the AAAI Web logo at any time.
